Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

• Canada & USA: 3–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Keetup Publishing is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [keetup@keetup.ca] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
